Style:   Other
Special Consideration:   Quick and Easy
Servings:   5 to 8 servings

Description:
Portmanteau of "macaroni" and "instant noodles". This combination adds up to the normal number of servings, and can accommodate a handful of hungry stomachs. :D

After cooking, it can be called "Instant Macaroodle Soup", but later on the macaroni will absorb the soup, thus "soup" is omitted. Just another exotically cheap recipe from my cuisine. XD

Ingredients:
3 packs instant noodles (your choice of chicken or beef flavor)
1/4 kilo macaroni (shell or elbow)
1 L water (just approximate the amount for faster cooking of the macaroni)
2 pcs. eggs

Directions:
Boil some water and then put in the macaroni. Let it soften for a bit then add the noodles. Let the noodles cook and then add the flavoring/seasoning. Then add eggs for more color and flavor.

Style:   Other
Special Consideration:   Quick and Easy
Servings:   5 servings

Description:
A dish I cooked since I wasn't thrilled at our viand for the day (pakbet). And my mom boiled corn for merienda, so I decided I'll eat lunch and at the same time eat corn.

Ingredients:
1 boiled Japanese-cob corn, cut to bits
Previously cooked rice, good for 5 servings
1 pc. onion bulb, chopped
1 pc. garlic bulb, chopped
150 g. (approx.) butter (1/4 cup cooking oil can be a substitute)
3 pcs. eggs, scrambled (optional)
1 tbsp. vetsin
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Melt the butter in the frying pan, then cook the chopped garlic until it's golden brown. Add the chopped onions, and then the corn bits. Mix until the corn is cooked. Then add the rice and mix thoroughly. Put some seasoning (vetsin and salt) to get the desired flavor. Add eggs for the coloring and additional flavor, but that's optional.
